Please note we pack and ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 9am.

We offer the following postage options:

      Polarbox Eskys- Regular $22.00 and  Express $24.00

  • Regular post - $14.95

  • Express post - $15.95

  • Orders over $200 free

We also offer free local pick up. You can collect your order for our store at 33 Talbragar St, Dubbo, during business hours. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be packed ready for collection.

Note: we do not currently offer international shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We offer a 14 day return policy for store credit on full price purchases, or alternatively you can exchange your product/s, except for sale items as there is no refund or exchange on sale items.

To return/exchange your product/s for a store credit or an exchange of the same value please email thegiftclosetdubbo@gmail.com and please mail them to The Gift Closet – 33 Talbragar St, Dubbo NSW 2830, within 14 days of purchase. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service to mail your exchange.

Note: we are unable to offer returns/exchanges if your purchase was made more than 14 days ago.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
All purchases of ‘sales’ items are final and we are unable to offer a return on these products. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We always aim to provide our customers with high quality products and personally check each item before it is shipped. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email thegiftclosetdubbo@gmail.com and provide a photo showing the defect/fault. We’ll work with you from there to find a solution.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the item we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
